See: http://www.tgdaily.com/2006/03/14/mcafee_update/

I'd also add my shock EEK! at the inclusion of McAfee software in that list. McAfee are (in my opinion) above and beyond the WORST and most INCOMPETENT provider of anti-virus and security software there is. Even Symantec/Norton products are better (in my opinion, although they take large and unnecessary chunks of resources), but only just. The company I am currently working with is deeply unhappy with McAfee, as their 'Internet Security Centre' software is preventing the viewing of some of their pages for completely unknown reasons (even to them - which is shocking) and they are being beyond slow at responding to this problem.

God d@mn they're so rubbish!

Hmm, well, checking the definitions on my machine indicates that our IT Department has not pushed out the affected update so maybe they are keeping an eye on MacFee these days.

I like the fact that the article slamming MacAfee's update contains an advert saying "20% off MacFee software here!!" Tounge

I did wonder why it was classed as news. However, don't blame me as I certainly didn't change it. It seems you're lacking caffiene today also Tounge
